This book helped me reach the summit of Kilimanjaro!!
I appreciated the specific schedule layed out, so that I knew what my task was each day.
The book was set up in sections: Beginners--Intermediates--Advanced---with clear guidelines as to which category one belonged.
There were plenty of pictures, with a smiling Angela performing the exercises.
There was an accompanying story from co-author Erin, who in alternating chapters, described her training with Angela, and shared her success at summitting Kili.
There are no guarantees for submitting, of course, but I had resolved that I would do my part by training.
This book kept me on track, and helped me reach my goal!!
