Q: What is Heritage Group Distribution?
A: Heritage Group Distribution (HGD) is our book distribution partner.  They are the ones who facilitate your book order, provide our online shopping cart, and take care of the x's and o's in having our books delivered to your door.  Visit the Heritage Group Distribution website for more information.

Q: How can I pay for my order?
A: If ordering online, we accept VISA, MasterCard or PayPal.

If ordering offline, we accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal or personal cheque*.

* If ordering by personal cheque, please note that your order will not be shipped until your cheque clears the bank.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping charges are as follows:

  • Canadian customers 
    $7.00 first book, $2.00 each additional book within same order

  • US customers
    $9.50 first book, $2.50 each additional book within same order

  • International customers via ground 
    $16.00 first book, $4.00 each additional book within same order

  • International customers air 
    $23.00 first book, $4.50 each additional book within same order

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: We use Canpar to ship orders. For residents of the BC Lower Mainland, this usually means overnight delivery. For the rest of Canada, expect delivery within two (2) business days. For the U.S., we ship by air and delivery usually takes about a week (but please do allow for custom delays).  When we process your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, we will also e-mail you a link so that you can track your order while it's in transit.  When we process your order, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Once your order has been shipped, HGD will also send you via e-mail a link where you can track your order while in transit.  HGD takes customer service very seriously. They are available to answer any and all of your shopping questions that you may have.  If you prefer, please feel free to contact us directly.

Q: Where do you accept orders from?
A: We accept orders from anywhere in the world. We have happy, loyal customers around the globe!

Q: Is ordering on your website secure?
A: Absolutely! Our website is developed so that it securely integrates with the Heritage Group Distribution ordering system so you can securely provide credit card information right from our website.  All credit card transactions are authorized and processed via SSL technology. SSL is the most advanced online security system available and is the encryption standard for reputable companies involved in e-commerce. For additional security measures, once your order is placed, your credit card number and all of your personal information is immediately taken off of the server.  

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We are happy to replace any book that arrives defective. Just return the book with its original packaging.  100% Satisfaction Guarantee or your Money Back!  When you purchase books from our website (or through the Heritage Group Distribution website), you may return them at your expense within 10 days of the ship date. We will refund the purchase price of your products (including taxes).  Please note that all sale items are final.
